2021 Yearbook: Senior Portraits and Ads
Traditionally, seniors submit their own senior portraits to be included in the yearbook. Please note the changes in submission information for 2021.
Senior Picture Submissions
The deadline to turn in a senior portrait is Friday, January 8. We will use your TSS school photo if we do not receive a portrait by this deadline.
Photos will no longer be accepted by email. Please go to http://www.hjeshare.com and enter the school code: cvraiders. You will then be guided through the upload process. If you wish to submit a senior quote, please put it in the description field.
If you would like to submit your own photo, please keep in mind that there are certain specifications that must be followed:
- Saved in .jpg format
- Name the file with the student’s name Example: Lastname_Firstname.jpg
- Vertical format (portrait not landscape)
- Student directly looking at camera
- Head and shoulders (no lying down)
- Clear focus: no soft focus or misty effect
- Background contrasting with hair color
- Digital submissions must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher
- Color pictures ONLY.
Photos must follow the specifications. We may need to crop the photo to be a head and shoulder shot or request a replacement if the photo you submit does not meet the requirements.
Parents also have the opportunity to purchase an ad in the yearbook to honor their graduating senior. You may design the ad yourself or send us the pictures and message you would like and we will design it for you. All pictures must be in .jpg format and named AD_Lastname_firstname
Please email photos and message to email@example.com.
