CVTV
CVTV is a student-run organization where students work as producers, reporters, anchors, editors, videographers, and studio production crew for news, sports, and information segments for a weekly news program. In addition to our weekly news programming, covers live CV events such as athletic events, shows, and graduation.
Broadcast Journalism and Sports Broadcasting (CVTV)
This is a class for students to explore the techniques and principles of television broadcasting. Students analyze current examples of broadcast and online news programming for content and technique and produce weekly newscasts and live streaming of sporting events. Students in this class develop production skills such as editing, camera work, and interviewing, plus professional skills such working on a team, public speaking, and time management through researching, writing and producing news segments, public service announcements, and entertainment programming.
