Parents and community members have the option to contribute to academic, activity, and athletic programs at Crescent Valley High School through donations. Cash donations are welcome and are fully tax deductible. Donations support valuable programs and make a difference for all Crescent Valley students.
School Fundraising Programs
Maintaining equal educational opportunities and supporting the district’s programs guide all decisions about fundraising at CVHS and all schools in our district.
School Board Policy DEDA allows for fundraising for programs, activities and projects throughout the school district. All approved fundraising projects must meet the following criteria:
- All fundraising activities must be pre-approved by a CVHS administrator.
- All fundraised programs, activities, or facility improvements will remain under the direct control of the district.
- Under no circumstances will students or staff be coerced or compelled to participate in fundraising activities. Students may not be barred or otherwise penalized because of a refusal to participate in fundraising activities conducted on behalf the district.
Corvallis Public Schools Foundation
The Corvallis Public Schools Foundation (CPSF) acts as the fiscal sponsor for project fundraising in our school. The mission of the CPSF is to unite private donors with educators for the best possible education for all students in Corvallis public schools. CPSF is a registered 501(c) 3 in the state of Oregon, Tax ID 93-1208608. Your gift is fully tax deductible as allowed by the IRS and all donations of $10 or more are acknowledged with a contribution letter that is mailed to the donor.
